1969 山形県生まれ
1992 日本大学芸術学部卒業後、 93年よりフリーのイラストレーターに
1994 「チョイス展」入選
1995 第5回グラフィックアート『ひとつぼ展』入選
2014     第45回講談社出版文化賞さしえ賞受賞

JRAの仕事を皮切りに出版物、広告媒体を中心に活動開始。数十回にわたり渡米。取材と嘯き、プロスポーツ等を観戦。素晴らしい試合は勿論の事、美味しいホットドッグに出くわすために日米など50ヶ所以上の野球場を探訪。しかし草野球の稚拙プレーには微塵たりとも活かされておらず、なんとか絵筆にだけはその証を残していきたいと思っております。

He was selected for the 74th "The Choice" from the 'Illustration' magazine in 1994 and 5th "Hitotsubo Exhibition" of Grapgic Art in 1995. He works as a freelance illustrator. He took charge of the cover of the magazine of the name of Mac people for about seven years from 1998.
He likes baseball and hotdog, and has been to ballparks in 50 places or more in the U.S...
